Adrian Cook is a cook by name alone. In all other respects he is a chef of the highest order. After heading up the renowned The Cradle Restaurant at The Cradle of Humankind world heritage site, Adrian made his way back to Cape Town. Their loss is our gain, and fortunately Adrian immediately warmed to our vision for Bon Amis, and helped create an exciting menu that brings a Cape feel to classic bistro fare - with a host of innovative twists and flavour pairings. Before moving up to Gauteng, Adrian gained valuable experience at The Cape Grace, the Arabella Sheraton, and The Hildebrand Restaurant. |
